    How do I get hold of an Atavar? I cannot find a way to upload one. What is the Bio and signature for?

    Are you sure you don't mean, "Avatar"? :)

    I'm pretty sure only the site's editor can upload those.

    according to Wikipedia, Atavar is a 2000 AD comic strip, created by Dan Abnett and Richard Elson about the last human alive caught in a war between alien species. I think Id like both but I think I originally asked for an avatar, whatever that is.

    Adam is correct, we don't allow users to directly upload avatars. However, if you would like to have an avatar appear with your forum posts, the process is very simple. Just send me your Simple-Talk user name and a decent quality photo or image you want to use and I'll do the rest!
