My picture of the problem:
I created a web application using C # and Visual Studio 2008, hosted in
Windows Server 2003.
The functionality of this application is to launch applications for sale at any given time, when you release the application the application should run a *. exe,
in order to import certain data.
But already used [using System.Diagnostics;] without success.
The application can run *. exe, but the web page, uploading and downloading is ...
ie the 'concepts' of web, no such action.
