Scream 0.3 - SQL Compare 5.3 Snapshot support

Published Thursday, January 18, 2007 10:09 AM

Just to let you all out there now I've compiled a new version of the Scream tool for you that supports SQL Compare 5.3 snapshots. You can download the new version from the same place off Red Gate Labs.

I'm not sure it has been mentioned here on the blog there is an unsupported support forum (if that makes sense) on the Red Gate forums where we can talk about problems or featurettes you'd like me to add when I get the free time.

A couple of other things I've added into this build as people were requesting them is the ability to name the comparisons in Scream by using the optional arguments /n1 and /n2. You can also turn off the display of identical objects via an option on the menu.

Hope you continue to find it useful.

(Back to battling the CLR for the upcoming new version of ANTS)
