Unfortunately the answer to this is no: you cannot load more than one version of an assembly in .NET Reflector at the same time. If you try you'll see the following dialog box:
You will need to unload the first version of the assembly in order to load the second for the time being.
We are considering altering this behaviour in a future version, but it has not been firmly scheduled.
