Unfortunately the answer to this is no: the .NET Reflector add-in does not support Express editions of Visual Studio, and hence the Pro debugging functionality will also not work with these Visual Studio Editions. This is because Microsoft forbids the creation of add-ins for Visual Studio Express in their terms and conditions.
As an aside, this also means that our other products that include Visual Studio add-ins, the ANTS Performance and Memory Profilers, will also not work with Visual Studio Express editions.
